Order Processing
In most cases, your purchase will be delivered the same day if your order is placed by 3 p.m. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be delivered the next day. Because of restrictions in some patient care areas, we cannot deliver all items to every area of the Hospital. We will contact you if there is any issue with your order.
Delivery Information
Please note at this time we do not ship any items outside of The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. All items purchased will be delivered into the Hospital for Patients and Employees only. There is no service charge for delivery.
